The world is our orchard.
What we mean is that we don’t recognise boundaries. Towns, cities, countries, continents – all created by restrictive lines that most companies and people live by. Not because they’re real or even logical, but because we are told that it is the way it should be. And so you get the apple farmer from Washington selling apples from Washington, and the orange farmer from Spain selling oranges from Spain.
But not us. We believe that you get the best produce by sourcing it from where it grows best. That’s why we hand-pick our fresh produce from all over the world – crisp cherries from Turkey, succulent citrus from South Africa, rich melons from Costa Rica.
Cool Fresh International is the global virtual fresh produce gateway, coordinating direct shipments of fresh produce from all over the world to any destination you can think of (and those you’ve never even heard of). If there’s a pie that we don’t have our finger in, you can be sure we’ll find it
All our products are sourced from GlobalGap certified farms and packhouses, often with integrated CSR-systems. Our growers are hand-picked by our team, as we believe that the fresh produce business can only be optimally successful if all parties work together as one team.

You can’t choose better than Cool Fresh International’s grapes. Our fruit-of-the-vine is produced, picked and packed all over the world with the greatest attention to detail. Sugar content, bunch and berry size, uniformity and berry colour: each aspect of our production is closely monitored from start to finish.
Whether it is in South Africa or Namibia, Turkey or Peru, Argentinia or Chile, Mexico or Egypt - skilled workers with years of experience carefully ensure that only the best grapes are selected for export to our clients.

APPLES AND PEARS
Fresh apples and pears are healthy and refreshing snacks, and the fragrant flavours and crisp flesh of these fruits have delighted people all over the world for many centuries
Our apple and pear growers are situated in many countries and across a number of continents. For instance, deep in the hinterland of China we grow Fuji apples and Fragrant pears.
Our world-renowned South African apple and pear growers produce outstanding quality apples such as Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and Royal Gala.

CITRUS
Throughout history cultures around the world have relied on the delicious fruits of citrus trees to help keep them healthy.
Citrus fruits contain many vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.

During the past decade Cool Fresh International has expanded rapidly.
Not only do we supply a complete range of grapes, apples, pears, stone fruit and citrus, we also have become a household name in supplying ‘special’ products.
Pineapples from Costa Rica, melons and bananas from Ecuador, garlic and ginger from China, figs from Turkey, pomegranates from India, mangoes and avocado’s from Peru – all form part and parcel of our extensive product offering.

STONE FRUIT
Stone fruit' is the general term used for some fruit of the Prunus species, which includes cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums and apricots.
Within each species there are a number of varieties, catering for all different tastes, palates and culinary purposes.
Nothing beats a fresh nectarine on a hot summer day.
A sweet apricot enhances the flavours of matured cheese.
A juicy peach provides a stunning ingredient for a yoghurt smoothie.
And last but not least, flambéed cherries and ice cream can be found on the menu’s of many international restaurants.

But we are not only involved in the world of fresh fruit. We are also specialists in potatoes and onions!
These product groups have been staple foods for many centuries, but recent years have seen many innovations in the cultivation of these products.
Packaging and labelling options can today be adapted to any market, and convenience has become the name of the game.
Cool Fresh Intrenational’s potato and onion product specialists have more than 25 years experience in this product group. .
Although The Netherlands remains a key player, imports are done from amongst others New Zealand, Argentina, Peru and South Africa.
