Nic believes in swimming upstream. If everybody else is doing it one way, he believes that there is a good chance that a company will find it’s niche by going in exactly the opposite direction. This attitude has served Cool Fresh International well, and the company will continue to challenge existing beliefs and strategies.
Nic is a fervent reader, and has been known to read a thick book in one go during the flight between Amsterdam and Cape Town and vice versa.
He loves cooking all types of food.
Nic is married to Elma, and has four sons: Steven, Nicael, Milan and Luca.
